CENTROR-L


Centror-L is a linear camera system for the angular centering of glass objects. It enables the positioning of bottles and glasses taking a sign on the glass as landmark, for example the seem, a relief or a

decoration previously printed.

Centror ensures a great register precision when sequential printing processes are executed.

Benefits
Thanks to Centror it is possible to make the pieces registration without any mechanical device.
This solution ensures the increasing of the machine productivity and the accuracy of the printing register.

Thanks to Centror-L it is possible to check the angular and transversal position of printing on any kind of cilindrical object.

The reference mark could be the following ones:

  • material seem
  • screw thread
  • previously printed decoration

 

Centror-L is succesfully integrated into glass printing machines and it permit to orientate glass bottles with excellent accuracy.
